John Hyland

John Hyland is the Sales Director for Disclosure and Transaction Services at Broadridge Corporate Issuer, where they focus on growth in SEC disclosure, proxy design and printing, and M&A and IPO businesses. Since 2020, they have presented Broadridge's full service array to law firms and corporations while specializing in SEC filings and shareholder communications. Prior to Broadridge, John served as Senior VP of Sales at RR Donnelley from 2010 to 2020, driving business growth and specializing in financial printing. They began their career at Bowne, where they held various roles, including Customer Service Manager, and contributed to the company's expansion in Tennessee and Kentucky.
