Katherine Glading

Katherine Glading is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement across several leading companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management and Organizational Development at Broadridge since May 2021, Katherine oversees the integration of talent and learning programs following the acquisition of Itiviti and contributes to Broadridge's global talent initiatives. Prior to Broadridge, Katherine held various key HR roles at Itiviti from 2019 to 2021, including Head of Strategic HR and Head of People Office for EMEA, managing talent and performance management for over 500 employees. Katherine's background also includes significant tenure at FIS and SunGard, where strategic HR leadership encompassed talent management for large employee populations. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Princeton University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, alongside postbaccalaureate studies in Psychology and Statistics at the University of Houston.
