Kevin Boisclair is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development at Broadridge, a position held since 2020. Previously, Kevin served as Senior Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Broadridge from 2015 to 2020 and worked in investment banking roles at HSBC Global Banking and Markets and Cowen and Company. Kevin began their career with a summer internship at New York Life Insurance Company and gained further experience as a Summer Analyst at UBS Wealth Management.
