Lea Munjone

Lea Munjone is an experienced advisor and design leader who currently focuses on redefining design processes and bridging the gaps between design, AI, and product strategy at Liminal Consulting. They previously served as the Head of Design & Operations at SEI, where they built the company's first design operations function and transformed a global marketing team. With a strong background in UX strategy, Lea led initiatives at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Vanguard, enhancing digital experiences and fostering high-performing creative teams. They are a certified LUMA Instructor in Design Thinking and hold a B.S. in Architectural Studies from the University of the Arts.
