Maxim Staris

Maxim Staris is a finance and accounting professional currently serving as a Finance Manager at Broadridge since 2025. Prior to this role, Maxim worked at Telenav from 2016 to 2024 as a Senior Accountant, where duties included managing payroll for 250 employees and preparing monthly and annual financial reports. Maxim gained earlier experience as a Mid-level Accountant at FinACo.ro from 2014 to 2016 and briefly at Contus Consulting in 2013. Academically, Maxim holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca and has further training in Human Resources Management.
