Michael Jones has fifteen years of experience in financial services and technology, focusing on delivering innovative solutions across North America. Previously, they served as a Product Manager and Manager of Product Management at Broadridge, where they contributed to post-trade applications and led the development of Alternative Investment applications. Before Broadridge, they worked at State Street Trust Company, refining their skills in investment operations and client management. Michael holds a B.Comm in Business Management from Ryerson University and a Diploma in Project Management with High Honours from Sheridan College. Currently, they are a Senior Product Manager, continuing to drive product development in Wealth Management.
