Steve Rosenthal

Steve Rosenthal serves as the Global Treasurer and Managing Director at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. since March 2007, overseeing financial operations for a leading outsourcing provider in the global financial sector. Prior to this role, Steve was Vice President and Head of Global Bank Services at Morgan Stanley from February 2001 to February 2007, managing significant cash management functions and bank relationships. Steve also held the position of Senior Director at Bear Stearns from 1994 to 2000, where responsibilities included developing credit and cash management infrastructure for an international investment bank. Steve holds an Extended Learning Certification in Finance and Leadership from The Wharton School, an MA from Bridgewater State University, and a BA from the University at Albany.
