Melissa Baum

Melissa Baum has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Melissa started their career as an intern at International Mineral Services, where they gained experience in mining operations, geology assistance, and administrative support. Melissa then worked as a senior sales representative at Contractor's Resource, contributing to a remarkable increase in sales. Later on, they became a national sales director at HealthSouth, specializing in group healthcare, occupational medicine, surgery, rehabilitation, and diagnostic services. Melissa also worked as a designer and inventor at Product Development, where they successfully developed and patented healthcare-related products. In addition, Melissa served as a board member and treasurer at RVWA-SIKO.Org. Most recently, they held the position of director of business development at Broadspire, where they focused on national sales development and strategic alliances.

Melissa Baum earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Fort Lewis College, which they attended from 1981 to 1985. In 2010, they became an Associate Member of RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.).
