Michael Becker

Chief Client Officer - TPA Solutions at Broadspire

Michael Becker has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Michael began their career at Kemper in 1993 as a Workers Compensation Product Line Manager and worked there until 2003. From 2003 to 2007, they served as a Business Development Manager and Account Executive at Broadspire. Michael then joined ESIS in 2007 as a Regional Vice President, responsible for managing eight Account Executives and two Business Development Directors. In 2009, they briefly worked at Sabre Organization as an Assistant Coach until 2013. From 2013 onwards, they rejoined Broadspire and held various roles, including Regional Vice President for Client Services and Sales covering the Midwest region, Senior Vice President for Client Services, and currently serves as the Chief Client Officer for TPA Solutions.

Michael Becker attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminal Justice. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Cultivating a Growth Mindset" from LinkedIn in 2021.
