Richard Tom

Richard Tom, MBA, MS, CPCU, has extensive experience in the insurance and claims management sector. At Liberty Mutual Insurance, Richard held multiple positions from STD Claims Specialist to LTD Claims Team Manager between October 2009 and March 2012. Following this, Richard worked at Lincoln Financial Group from May 2018 to March 2019, serving as LTD Claims Team Manager and later as Director of Disability and Life Claim Appeals and Director of Claim Risk Consulting. Currently, Richard is the Director of Disability & Absence Management at Broadspire, a position held since January 2022. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of New Hampshire and two master's degrees, an MBA in Information Technology Management from Southern New Hampshire University and an MS in Insurance Management from Boston University - Metropolitan College.
