Lindsay Rabitz

Lindsay Rabitz serves as Vice President, Senior Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. since September 2018, having advanced through roles as Senior Counsel in Corporate & Securities and Associate Counsel. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant General Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Rochester Regional Health from June 2016 to September 2018, and Assistant General Counsel at Soleo in early 2015. Lindsay's career also includes serving as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from November 2010 to October 2014 and as an Attorney Fellow at The Legal Aid Society of Rochester from September 2009 to September 2010. Academically, Lindsay holds a JD, Magna Cum Laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law and an MBA with Honors from the University at Buffalo School of Management, in addition to a Bachelor of Science, Summa Cum Laude, in Business Management, Marketing, and English from the University at Buffalo.
