Cong Nguyen

Cong Nguyen has over two decades of experience in customer service and project management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Customer Service Coordinator at Broadvoice since February 2018, Cong has demonstrated expertise in customer relations. Prior to this role, Cong worked as a Project Engineer at TelePacific Communications from November 2011 to January 2014 and spent 17 years at Verizon Business as a Senior Implementation Coordinator, gaining extensive knowledge in implementation processes and customer engagement.
