Katie Mathe has extensive work experience in customer success and management roles. Katie is currently the Director of Customer Success at Broadvoice, where they are responsible for creating and executing customer onboarding and success strategies. Previously, they worked at Vendr as a Manager of Customer Success, leading a team of Customer Success Managers and managing a $7.5M portfolio. Katie also served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Vendr, overseeing a $2.5M portfolio with 100% customer retention. Prior to that, Katie worked at ezCater, where they held the positions of Head of Vendor Management and Customer Service Outsource Manager. Katie developed and managed the Vendor Management Program and owned the technology budget for the company. Earlier in their career, Katie was the Manager of Servicing Quality Assurance (SQA) at PHEAA, where they built and managed a QA and QC program and led a team of 85 employees. Katie also held various other roles at PHEAA, including Call Center Supervisor, Quality Assurance Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

Katie Mathe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Penn State University in 2011. Katie later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Franklin University, completing it in 2016. In 2012, they obtained a certification as an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR).
