Linn Halmstrand is a talent acquisition leader and senior talent partner with extensive experience in employer branding and recruitment consulting, particularly within the tech industry. They have worked in various roles across notable companies, including Capgemini, Funnel, and HiQ, where they focused on attraction, retention, and fostering inclusive work cultures. Currently, Linn is serving as the Interim Talent Acquisition Manager at BROCC, while also fulfilling an assignment as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Solita. Linn holds multiple degrees, including a program focused on personnel and labor studies from Uppsala University and HR studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
