Adam Martelli is an experienced professional in the fields of structural engineering and residential real estate development. Adam began with a structural engineering internship at GENIVAR (now WSP Global) in 2009, assisting in design and client presentations. In subsequent roles, Adam held various positions at Broccolini, evolving from Construction Project Coordinator to Vice-President of Residential Real Estate Development from 2023 to 2024.
