Cavan Boland

Cavan Boland, CFA, currently serves as Manager of Real Estate Investments at Broccolini, a position held since October 2020, after progressing from Senior Analyst in the same department. Prior to Broccolini, Cavan worked at Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust as Senior Advisor in Asset & Portfolio Management from October 2019 to May 2020. Cavan’s earlier experience includes roles at Timbercreek Asset Management from April 2012 to March 2019, where responsibilities expanded from Analyst to Associate in Asset & Risk Management, as well as a position as Capital Markets Associate Intern. Cavan also gained initial experience as a Summer Student Analyst at Starlight Investments in 2011. Academic credentials include an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business.
