Brøchner Hotels is the leading boutique hotel chain in the Nordic countries with four luxurious boutique hotels in Copenhagen and a luxury hotel apartment opening in Copenhagen in 2022. With the phrase ‘We don’t do ordinary’, Brøchner Hotels sets the scene for extraordinary guest experiences with distinct buildings, unique architecture, and design elements. The hotel locations include a former bank and iconic Carlsberg brewery buildings. Each place has its character and relation to its surrounding community but signatures such as Brøchner Pilsner, Brøchner Premium, Wine Hour, and Nightcap Hour connect the boutique hotels.

At Brøchner Hotels, we want to create extraordinary experiences for our guests, partners, and colleagues. We believe in creating different hotels with great care and attention. So much so that this is our clear mission for the company.

For us, a stay is not just a room or a bed. It is a passion. It is to feel welcome. Everyone (...hotel guests or not) can “check in” with us. It is a place to meet, where you can come and go, but also where you can linger. We always have an open spot for a cocktail in the lobby bar, a good cup of coffee in our social spaces, or a place for our organic breakfast. Equally important is that you always experience the warmth of our service from everyone you meet from our Brøchner team.
