Chuck Manson

Chuck Manson is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Brock Built Homes since March 2025, Chuck previously held the position of Financial Controller at The Palmetto Bluff Company from May 2022 to March 2025. Prior to that, Chuck was the Chief Financial Officer at Langley Properties Company for over a decade, from February 2011 to June 2022. At Blood-Horse Publications, Chuck contributed as Vice President of Finance and Technology from October 1995 to August 2008, where responsibilities included launching the company's digital media initiatives and developing its custom publishing and book publishing divisions. Educational credentials include a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in Finance and MIS from the University of Kentucky.
