Dan Timbol

Dan Timbol has extensive experience in the construction and music education sectors. Currently serving as the Estimating and Sales Pricing Coordinator at Brock Built Homes since March 2011, Dan manages takeoff database operations, coordinates Requests for Proposals with trade partners, and produces sales pricing for homes and custom options while focusing on cost savings and variance reduction. Concurrently, Dan has been a Saxophone/Clarinet Teacher at Jennings Music since September 2005. Previously, Dan held the position of Director at American Patriot Winds from August 2009 to August 2012, and worked as an Inventory and Pricing Analyst at Southern Prosthetic Supply from March 2008 to March 2012. Dan also contributed to Sivica Homes as the Estimating/Purchasing/Sales Software Coordinator from September 2005 to March 2008. Dan graduated from The University of Georgia between 2000 and 2003.
