Tom Temmel

Tom Temmel is currently the Director of Sales at Brock Built Homes, where they leverage over 25 years of experience in the home sales industry. Previously, Tom has held various positions, including Sales Consultant at Maronda Homes and Andrew Arthur Homes, as well as a Principal Owner at Temmel Group, LLC. At Meritage Homes, Tom served as Division Sales Manager, significantly increasing sales and overseeing team expansions. Tom also gained valuable experience as a Sales Associate at Ryland Homes. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts degree from Valencia Community College.
