Nelson Devesa

Nelson Devesa is an accomplished I.T. Systems Engineer at Brock Solutions, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Nelson gained valuable experience at Patient Care America, where responsibilities included ticket resolution and troubleshooting, as well as in-person, remote, and phone help desk support, while serving as Sr. I.T Support and progressing through various technician roles from November 2016 to September 2022. Educationally, Nelson is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Broward College, expected to complete in 2024, and holds an Associate of Arts degree in Information Technology from Miami Dade College.
