Brockhurst is a boutique headhunting firm servicing the finance industry in the US.

Our guarantee is to deliver outstanding service that provides experienced, qualified talent to premier accounting firms across the country. We primarily cover leadership positions and high level individual contributor positions for Certified Public Accountants.

It is imperative, and a testament, to the success of Brockhurst, that our values are not just buzzwords or a marketing tool - but present in everything we do. We don't deal in products, we work with people - our candidates, clients, employees, or anyone we work with shall always be recognised for values beyond the bottom line.

Core values:
Empathy, Transparency and Efficiency.

Empathy means treating people as people, not commodities. Honest feedback is a must throughout our processes, and the opportunity to connect people to jobs should transcend profit.

Transparency means we are upfront with costs, direct in communication, and candid with criticism.

Efficiency means we value your time. We prioritise only the best, most relevant candidates for your organisation. We call you because we need to, not to remind you we exist. We fix what's broken and fit seamlessly into what works. Engaging with Brockhurst means saving time and money.
