Rodion Salnik

Rodion Salnik has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rodion is currently a Member of the Estonian Business Angels Network (EstBAN), starting in February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Tech Mentor at leAD Sports & Health Tech Partners, starting in January 2021. In 2020, they held the role of Tech Mentor at Startup Wise Guys.

Rodion has also co-founded and served as the Chief Technology Officer of Casers since March 2017. In this role, they are responsible for product/project management, project architecture, technology selection, and managing the tech team. Rodion is also involved in research and competitor analysis. Casers is an alumni of the Startup Wise Guys accelerator and has achieved several milestones, including winning a grant from Egap Challenge.

Before Casers, Rodion co-founded Brocoders as the CTO in April 2014. Rodion also worked as the CEO and Team Leader at Hintarea from October 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they were the Frontend Development Team Leader at Yandex from February 2013 to February 2014, where they were responsible for team management, project architecture, and coding.

Rodion's early work experience includes being the Head of Development at Rezonans from February 2007 to February 2014. Rodion also served as the Project Manager for nyam.ru, a site written in Ruby on Rails, from January 2011 to October 2012. Rodion started their career as a Freelance Ruby on Rails Developer from January 2009 to January 2011.

Rodion Salnik received a Master's degree in Information Technology from Sumy State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008.
