Mark Townsend

Mark Townsend is an experienced advisor, investor, and board director currently serving as a Board Member at Rockmount Research and Alloys, Inc. since 2019. They held various leadership roles at Amur Financial Group between 2022 and 2023, including VP of Corporate Development and Executive Vice President of Fund Management. Prior to that, Mark worked as a Vice President at Founders Group of Food Companies Inc. and held positions at multiple investment firms, including Tricor Pacific Capital Inc. and Cairn Merchant Partners. Mark earned an Honors Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from The University of Western Ontario.
