Grace O'Shaughnessy

Grace O'Shaughnessy is the Chief Executive Officer of Broderick Bros. Ltd, a role they began in 2024. They previously served as Managing Director of Java Republic from 2006 to January 2023, where they led strategy, operations, and the development of a Dublin roasting facility, and oversaw the business's growth culminating in its 2019 acquisition by Cafento. They earned an Executive MBA from Dublin City University (2016–2018) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice & Consumer Foods (1999–2000) and a Diploma in Food Science (1994–1997) from Technological University Dublin. They were awarded Fingal Chamber Businessperson of the Year in 2019.
