Founded on June 14, 1955, the company originated from the initiative of lawyer Thales Brognoli, a young recent graduate who began managing his family's properties by renting them out, collecting payments, and handling eviction actions. With each new segment, we diversified our services to better serve our clients.

The company currently operates throughout the Florianópolis region, with a strategically located store in the center of the island. Our main focus is on real estate sales and offering property solutions through fast and intelligent services aimed at simplifying people's lives.
