Broken Light Bulb CIC was born out of a shared passion for arts projects. The Broken Light Bulb directors are a collective of women focused on bringing arts in to communities that lack access and providing opportunities for minority artists to come to the forefront. 

We believe in the power of creativity to connect communities. We cultivate engagement with the arts within our local community as well building capacity, skills and knowledge within the creative sector through the exchange of best practice and provision of expert support.

We are a recently established, female-led company brought together through our shared passion for the arts and commitment to inclusive communities. We are dedicated to providing diverse, imaginative, varied, high quality, friendly and accessible arts and cultural experiences for our local communities. A particular focus of our work is the support and promotion of women with intersectional status who are artists, performers and entrepreneurs.
