Elsie Gray has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Sales Trainer and Manager at BrokerLink since January 2017, where responsibilities include management, operations, quality assurance, coaching, team development, and sales training. Prior to this role, Elsie worked at MCTI for nearly 20 years, holding positions as Commercial Account Director and Service Manager, where expertise involved building relationships with insurers, negotiating solutions for commercial businesses, and developing strategic plans alongside a management team to enhance agency goals and support employee development.
