Timothy Chalmers, RIBO, has a diverse background in customer service and account management within the insurance and retail sectors. Starting as a CSR at RONA from December 2013 to August 2017, Timothy demonstrated strong organizational and customer service skills. Timothy transitioned to insurance roles, first as a CCA at Allstate from August 2017 to January 2019, followed by a position as Personal Line Account Manager at LMI Canada Insurance from February 2019 to September 2023. In February 2019, Timothy also took on the role of VIP Account Manager at BrokerLink, which continues to the present. Timothy holds a diploma in Police Foundations from Conestoga College, earned between 2012 and 2014.
