Dan Sears

Dan Sears is an accomplished educational leader with a diverse background in both technology and academic administration. Dan served as Assistant Headteacher at Cox Green School from April 2007 to April 2010, focusing on strategic operations and ICT development. At Parkfield School, Dan excelled as Vice Principal - Head of School, leading the team in launching the largest non-academy Free School in the UK. Dan's experience also includes roles such as EMEA IT Manager at IDC, where leadership of a £4 million IT budget was instrumental in establishing a centralized support network, and Network Analyst at Gillette, overseeing significant IT projects. In addition, Dan acted as Partnership Director for The Wessex Partnership, offering strategic advice across twelve schools. Most recently, Dan has been with Bromcom as Education Intelligence Director and Principal Education Consultant, combining educational and IT expertise to provide tailored consultancy. Dan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Sussex.
