Zafer Koca

Zafer Koca is a Development Team Lead at Bromcom, where they have worked for nearly six years, including the last 1.5 years in their current leadership position. Zafer leads a team of software developers and QA members, focusing on enhancing product quality and user needs within the Bromcom ecosystem, particularly in Census, Student, Examination, and Options modules. Prior to their role at Bromcom, Zafer gained diverse experience as a Software Developer at CMC Turkey and a Software Specialist at Amadeus, specializing in application development and maintenance. Zafer holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Aydın University, which they completed in 2015.
