Rising living costs, growing inequality and increasing homelessness mean the need for affordable housing and strong housing associations that can deliver at scale has never been greater this century.

We’re Bromford Flagship LiveWest, a place-based affordable housing provider for almost 300,000 customers across the southwest, central and east of England. We’re the UK’s largest provider of new affordable homes, delivering over 3,000 new homes each year.

Our starting point is always the people who live in our homes and the places that shape their everyday lives. It shapes how we invest, how we work with partners and how we deliver services. We do things differently because people and places deserve better.

When people have quality homes and are part of confident, caring and connected communities, anything is possible. Through scale and commitment, flexibility and investment, experience and imagination, we enable people to thrive.
