Jonathan Spain

Jonathan Spain is a seasoned design engineer with extensive experience in the tooling and equipment sector, currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Brompton Bicycle since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jonathan held positions at Craftsman Tools Ltd from September 2013 to March 2021, where responsibilities included Design and Cell Manager as well as Design Engineer. Additionally, Jonathan worked as a Product Design Engineer at Daily Care, focusing on mobility equipment from July 2011 to July 2012. Jonathan Spain earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Aided Product Design from Northumbria University, completing studies there from 2007 to 2013, after attending Harrogate Grammar School from 2005 to 2007.
