Mike Millar has a strong background in customer service and bicycle maintenance. Mike started their career at Halfords in 2006 as a Cycle Sales & Mechanic. Mike then moved to McConvey Cycles in 2009, where they worked as a Sales & Mechanic and later became the Webmaster & Administration. In 2015, they joined Canyon Bicycles GmbH as a Customer Service Advisor and eventually became the Warranty & Servicing Team Manager. In 2017, they joined Brompton Bicycle as a Customer Service Manager and later became the Head of Customer Service in September 2019.
Mike Millar attended The Open University from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained a BA (Honours) degree in Business Studies. Before this, they studied at Belfast Metropolitan College from 2004 to 2005, completing a Edexcel Level 3 BTEC in Sport & Exercise Sciences. Additionally, they hold a certification in Cytech Technical Two from Cytech, which was obtained in 2010.
