Tom Hares

Tom Hares is the Managing Partner at Venture Creative Group and serves as Chairman at Brompton Bicycle. Previously, they were the European Managing Director at Apple’s Media Arts Lab in both LA and London from 2007 to 2016. Hares founded and was the CEO of Buzzbike from 2016 to 2025, and they also held a position as Brand Manager at Grey London from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they were involved in Strategic Communications at L'Oréal from 2003 to 2004 and currently act as an Investor and Advisor at Augur.
