Eric Lam

Eric Lam currently serves as the Director of IT at Brondell Inc. since January 2021. Prior experience includes managing IT operations at Symantec/NortonLifelock, where responsibilities involved implementing a comprehensive automated patching program and restructuring file share environments for enhanced security and user experience. Previously, at Blue Coat Systems, Eric held managerial roles overseeing IT systems design, evaluation, and support, leading a team of administrators. Eric's tenure at Blue Coat Systems also included significant responsibilities as a Senior System/Exchange Administrator, with a focus on Microsoft Exchange operations. Eric holds a BS Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco.
