Cherly Thomas

Cherly Thomas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in banking and journalism. Since April 2017, Cherly has served as an Associate Banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co. In tandem, Cherly has been a Reporter for La voz de Honduras since November 2013, focusing on writing stories and conducting interviews for the monthly Spanish newspaper. Additionally, Cherly co-hosts "Honduras NY," a live call-in show on BronxNet Community Television, engaging with viewers and interviewing guests. Cherly's past experience includes an internship at NY1 News, where responsibilities included scriptwriting, translating news stories from English to Spanish, editing videos, and creating graphics. Cherly holds an Associate of Arts degree in Broadcasting Technology Management from Kingsborough Community College and continued education at Brooklyn College from 2013 to 2015.
