Solomon Smart is an experienced Program Director at BronxWorks, where since July 2004, Solomon has successfully increased daily participation by over 100% in the first eight years and consistently met NYC Aging Units of Service. Solomon has co-authored an RFP response that resulted in an 80% increase in the program budget and a 63% increase in staffing. Responsibilities include overseeing operations of a 4000 square foot recreational older adult center, managing an annual budget of over $647,000, supervising a diverse team of staff and volunteers, and enhancing workflows and programming.
