Tom Birch

Tom Birch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the recruitment industry. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Bronzegate since January 2017, Tom has held various roles including Partner. Prior to this position, Tom worked as an Associate Director at Axon Moore from 2014 to 2017, and as a Managing Consultant at Goodman Masson from 2011 to 2014. Tom began a career in recruitment as a Senior Consultant at Morgan McKinley from 2006 to 2011. Tom holds a 2:1 degree in Sport Management from Sheffield Hallam University, earned between 2003 and 2006.
