In their positions, they have overseen sales teams, developed strategic sales and promotional efforts, and negotiated agreements with major accounts including Amazon and Baker & Taylor. Michael has also managed multi-million dollar budgets and implemented incentive programs to drive sales growth. Polizzi's expertise lies in retail sales, wholesaler sales, and marketing operations.
