André Borges

André Borges is a Senior Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management, where they oversee various aspects of infrastructure asset management. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at the same firm, successfully leading numerous capital expenditure programs and operational enhancements across North America and Europe. André was also a founding partner and co-head of Portuguese operations at IBentures, and served as a project manager at EDP, where they implemented significant budget changes and supervised large-scale projects. They earned an MBA from INSEAD and a Master in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
