Carl Ching is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, he is responsible for the group's global tax operations. In addition, Mr. Ching is responsible for transaction structuring in Canada and South America as well as related operational and tax oversight matters.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2012, Mr. Ching worked in the transaction tax group for EY where he advised strategic and private equities on acquisitions, dispositions and international organizations.
Mr. Ching holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant
