David Todd is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Conrex, Brookfield’s single-family rental business. In this role, he is responsible for investments, portfolio management and operations in the single-family rental sector. Before his current role, Mr. Todd focused on investment opportunities for the real estate M&A team.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Todd held real estate acquisition, development and asset management roles after positions as a management consultant and computer programmer.
Mr. Todd holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech.
