Ethan Han, CPA, is currently the Vice President of Tax - Real Estate at Brookfield Asset Management, a position held since 2022. Previously, Ethan served as Director of Tax - Real Estate at Brookfield from 2020 to 2022 and held various roles at notable firms including The Blackstone Group and KPMG US from 2012 to 2020. Ethan gained early experience in tax compliance at Vornado Realty Trust in 2014 and contributed to the Penn State Smeal College of Business as part of the Department of Accounting. Currently, Ethan is pursuing advanced degrees in Accounting and Real Estate Finance & Investment at Penn State University and New York University, respectively.
