Melissa Ma is currently a Director of Equity Compensation at Brookfield Asset Management, having held this position since 2023. Previously, they served in a similar role at Brookfield Asset Management from 2019 to 2022 and worked in Equity Compensation at CIBC from 2012 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Melissa gained experience in Human Resources at the Ontario Securities Commission from 2007 to 2009.
