Philippa Elder is a Managing Director at Brookfield, responsible for corporate legal and regulatory compliance in Europe. Ms. Elder joined Brookfield following the acquisition of Multiplex and has held transactional and regulatory legal roles in our London and Sydney offices.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2007, Ms. Elder worked at international law firms in Australia and the U.K. where she focused on corporate finance.
Ms. Elder holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from King’s College London.
