Billy May is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the retail and eCommerce sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of Brooklinen, May has also founded Trademark Partners Global, an advisory firm specializing in consulting and risk mitigation services. Previous positions include Chief Customer Officer at URBN and J.Crew, where financial performance and customer engagement were key responsibilities. May has held leadership roles at Sur La Table, Abercrombie & Fitch Co., and adidas, demonstrating a strong ability to drive digital transformation and omnichannel growth. May is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the Jay H. Baker Retailing Center at the Wharton School and has contributed to the National Retail Federation and Beanstalk Ventures. Educational qualifications include a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
