Leo Ehrline

EVP, Chief Experience Officer at Brooklyn Nets

As Executive Vice President/Chief Experience Officer for BSE Global, Leo Ehrline is responsible for further improving the customer experience at BSE venues and events, working closely with all areas of the company, including security, guest services, food and beverage, events and hospitality, analytics, marketing, communications, ticketing, and traffic. In addition, he oversees the seamless communication between basketball and business, and manages many business relationships at Barclays Center, including the NY Islanders.

In his 22-year tenure with the organization, Ehrline has been a key contributor across many aspects of the business. He most recently served as EVP, Chief Administrative & Relationship Officer, being the key liaison between the front office and the Brooklyn Nets ownership group. He played a major role in the organization's move from New Jersey to Brooklyn.

Prior to joining the Nets, Ehrline spent 19 years at the Meadowlands Sports Complex. He had a steady ascent up the corporate ladder, working his way from the accounting office to the box office, and eventually managing all marketing and sales efforts at the Meadowlands.
