Ryan McCarthy

Ryan McCarthy has expansive experience in athletics administration and sports information, currently serving as the Director of Athletics and APEX Facilities at Lehman College since March 2022 and as an In-Game Statistician for the Brooklyn Nets since November 2016. Previous roles include Director of Athletics at CUNY Bronx Community College, where leadership of intercollegiate athletics and study support programs was emphasized, and In-Game Statistician at The Madison Square Garden Company for college basketball. Ryan's career also includes positions at Pratt Institute, Lesley University, Pine Manor College, and Medaille College, where roles involved overseeing athletic programs, marketing, and compliance, along with experience in mentoring student-athletes. Ryan holds a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from St. Bonaventure University and an M.S. in Student Personnel Administration from Buffalo State University.
