Who are we?

James and Robert Brooks are the owners and directors of Brooks Estate Agents. The two brothers have a combined thirty years of experience in the property market, the majority of which is in the Streatham and Balham areas. They have built a team of trusted professionals around them, both within the office and externally with talented negotiators, organised administration staff and their trusted photographer, floorplanner and EPC provider.

The Brooks Service: What is it?

We pride ourselves on offering a completely tailored service, being both personal and professional. Property owners, Landlords buyers and tenants all have direct contact with Robert and James throughout the process. This results in them being able to draw on their expertise and experience so that they can offer you the best advice and care at every stage.
